I would like to suggest you that do exercise and eat less in dinner to lose your weight
I say that you should follow what Mart Anne just said that you should do some sort of healthy exercise regularly and your diet should be neat and eat less if you can't control then divide your meal into small intervals and eat only according to your hunger and you will always be looking perfect and nice.
