What are the Banco De oro Philippines credit card requirements?

Now a days credit card is becoming necessary part of life and I am also looking to get a credit card for me. I heard that Banco De Oro charges less interest rate then some other banks of Philippines. Someone please tell me that what are the Banco De oro Philippines credit card requirements? So that i can fulfill these requirements to get the credit card of Banco De oro Philippines.

    Basic Application Requirements for Banco De Oro Credit card:

    Must be 21 – 70 years vintage for principal; not less than 13 years vintage for supplementary cardholders;

    Must be a Filipino civilian or a foreigner who has been a enduring inhabitant of the Philippines for the last two (2) years;

    Minimum Gross Fixed Annual Income of P120,000;

    Must be normal worker or if self-employed with enterprise functioning for not less than two (2) years

    Must have not less than one (1) landline phone;

    Residence or Office Address should be inside any locality where a BDO agency is located

    DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

    For Applicants with Existing Credit Card/s:

    1.    Latest credit card ascribe fall (not more than 30 days from transaction date) or newest credit card declaration of account.

    2.    Photocopy of the front piece of other borrowing card.

    3.    Photocopy of not less than one (1) legitimate photo-bearing identification article front and back handed out and marked by an authorized authority: Passport, Driver's License, Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, Police Clearance, Postal ID, Voter's ID, Barangay Certification, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) E-card, Social Security System (SSS) Card, TIN ID, Senior Citizen Card, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID, Seaman's Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Government Office ED (e.g. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) IDs, Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, Company IDs handed out by the personal entities or organization listed or overseen or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC and other legitimate IDs handed out by the Government and its instrumentalities.

    4.    Photocopy of newest BIR Form 2316 marked by employer's authorized agent (for employed) or copy of newest ITR and W4 with BIR mark (for self-employed).

    For Applicants without an Existing Credit Card:

    A.            Proof of Income

    • For EMPLOYED (Required):

    Photocopy of newest BIR Form 2316; marked by employer's authorized representative; AND

    Submit ANY ONE (1) of the next (Optional):

    Original Copy of Employment and Income (COEI) showing rank, extent of service and reimbursement breakdown

    Photocopy of newest full month pay slip

    • For SELF-EMPLOYED:

    Photocopy of Registration of Business Name (Required):

    For Single Proprietorship handed out by DTI (Department of Trade and Industry)

    For Partnership/Corporation handed out by SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)

    Photocopy of ITR for the last two (2) years and W4 and BIR/Bank Stamp (Required)

    Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years (Required)

    Bank Statements for the last three (3) months (Optional)

    • Proof of Identification
