What are the Deadlines for appeals to the government in the uk?

I have just found out about the fraud sentence by the uk government on benefits and would like to know the deadline for that. How much time will I have to make an appeal

    after getting a decision to ask for it to be explained, reconsidered or to appeal or after getting a reconsidered decision to start an appeal, you will get one month to appeal. A late appeal may be accepted if you have special circumstances that prevented you appealing in time
