    People have been waiting for a Lotus Esprit since the model went out of production in 2004. The latest Lotus Esprit just debuted at the Paris motor show and is expected to go on sale in 2013.
   
   The new Esprit is a two-seater, mid-engine rear-wheel drive genuine supercar. The V8 engine delivers its power via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. In total the car weighs just 1,450 kg.
   
   Costing at around £110,000 the Esprit will be powered by a V8 engine delivering 456kw/ 720Nm of torque, with a rev limit of 8,500 rpm the Esprit will hit 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 330km/h.
   
   Transmission will be a 7 Speed Dual clutch transmission and rear wheel drive, The new Esprit will be available in Hybrid also and will start its sale in spring of 2013
