What are the steps of putting Analytics code on the new Blogspot domain?

I have recently added Analytics to my site but I would like it to track the visits on my blog as well. Can anyone tell me how to do that

    For the new version of your Blogger account, the steps include:
    1. Log in to your Blogger account.
    2. Select the blog you'd like to track, and then click 'Settings' from the Manage options.
    3. Select the 'Template' tab.
    4. Click 'Page Elements.'
    5. Click 'Add a Page Element.'
    6. Select the HTML/JavaScript option from the pop-up window then click 'Add to Blog.'
    7. Create a name for the Title field in the 'Configure HTML/JavaScript' window.
    8. Paste the Analytics tracking code directly in to the Content field.
    9. Click 'Save Changes' to finish.
