    Customers are at times not satisfied with the products range of any given company. In this scenario you need to identify those reason which are there making customer to dislike your product. You need to eliminate those issues from your product or services because to satisfy a customer is the basic of all. With out satisfying customers no business is able to progress so before even launching any product into the market you need to make complete market survey to recognize the needs of customers.
