   Avensis is a great car especially if you are planning it to drive to motorways or highways. There is a little noise when going faster. The suspension is a little niggly on the smaller roads, it gets little crashy and unrefined, the steering is also numb, as a result it is a mixed bag.
   
   We have tested 2.2 litre diesel engine with a horsepower of 148bhp and also there is 250 pound of torque, the time of acceleration of 8.9 seconds from 0-62mph and a top speed of 131 mph. The Diesel is little noisy but the petrol versions are quite fine. The Avensis has nicked name from Lexus IS, so the dials and dash look much better. There is now nothing wrong with Avensis quality. There is a little understeer that has to be controlled by the electronics. But it provides a good run on the motorway network, as it is as job description. You can drive it through the corners, it has got a big boot, that has decent space all around. The fleet type stats are quite impressive, with 149 g/km and over 50 mpg make the car a economical one.
   
   Overall Avensis does the job well within the price range that it has, it is a family sedan and a car in which you can travel between cities with comfort.
