I am currently planning to buy Corolla vehicle, I am also considering Corolla 2011 LE as an option, is it a good bargain. I have heard about the reliability of this car, how economical this car is?

The policy of Toyota is To not fix what isn’t broken. As associate editor online Benson Kong pointed out in his First Drive, that the Corolla holds the top sales spot for the baseline compact vehicle segment, outselling Honda's Civic by more than 12,000 units. This would be well and fine, except that Honda has now just released an all-new Civic. And while Honda tends to keep changes to a minimum, we were then left wondering if the same basic Corolla has recently refreshed for the 2011 model year, but is still largely as-released in the year 2008 . Updates for the new model year consist of subtle changes to the front and rear fascias, and also lighting. In fact, a Toyota Corolla could zigzag through the annual Day Parade on live television without anyone batting the eye. Our Magnetic Grey Metallic 2011 Toyota Corolla LE tester show its output of 132-hp, 1.8-liter inline-four that produces almost 128 lb-ft of torque. Combine that engine with the Toyota's four-speed automatic gearbox or with five speed manual shifts or some versions are coming with six speed manual shift and we achieved almost 9.8-second 0-60-mph sprint, with a standalone quarter-mile coming in 17.4 seconds at 80.0 mph flat. So as we know that Corolla is no speed demon, and, yes, we expected the same results. Although, our recent test of the 2012 Honda Civic revealed a 0-60 sprint which was nearly a full second faster - just 8.9 seconds. We found about the Corolla's brakes (front discs, rear drums) to be average, stopping the 2792-lb sedan from 60 mph to a standstill in 129 feet. So far considering all the features and blending the technology used to built a simple vehicle is quite efficient if we compare it all together with a new vehicle and is definitely worth a bargain.
