   Singapore is now home to DigiPen’s first international campus. The Singapore campus was established at the invitation of the Singapore government as part of the country’s initiative to build the island into an education hub with the vision of turning it into a “Global Schoolhouse”. DigiPen’s presence will also contribute to the Singapore government’s vision of turning the island into a “Global Digital Studio.”
   
   The Singapore campus offers the following degree programs:
   
   Bachelor of Science in Real-Time Interactive Simulation
   Bachelor of Science in Game Design
   Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Art and Animation
   Bachelor of Arts in Game Design
   These programs are identical in content and academic rigor to their U.S. counterparts. Graduates from DigiPen Singapore can expect to contribute to, as well as benefit from, the rapidly developing digital interactive media industries in Singapore.
   
   DigiPen has been permitted by the Singapore Ministry of Education to establish its presence in Singapore as a foreign specialized institution* (see the list of approved universities on the Ministry of Education website).
