One thing should be understood that Bronchial Asthma is not a type of a sub-type of Asthma. It is actually a condition of the lungs in which there is extensive narrowing of the airways as a result of contraction of the smooth muscle, known as edema of the mucosa. This contraction creates mucus in the lumen of the bronchi and the bronchioles. The reason behind its cause is the local release of spasmogens and vasoactive substances as the consequences of some kind of allergy. In such a condition it is being advised to first of all quit smoking and avoid indulging yourself in activities that require some kind of exertion.
