My father needs to know the procedure of Changi Singapore FDP application? Any help please?

    Applicant has to submit his FDP application online.
    Upon submitting the application online, you have to issue a cheque payable to "Changi Airport Group (Singapore)" and send it to:
    Attn: Finance Division (Forklift Driving Permit Application)
    Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd,
    Singapore Changi Airport
    P O Box 168
    Singapore 918146
    Changi Airport Group will approve the application upon receipt of the cheque.
    Applicant will receive a system-generated email upon approval by Changi Airport Group and can collect the FDP from Megaplex 1 security counter on the date indicated in the email.
