I am working as a Physical Training Instructor in one of the renowned schools of the city. I have recently completed my Masters degree in Physical Education and looking forward to build up a good career in this field. Presently I have not been assigned any major task as it is only a month that I have joined. However, I am sure that in near future I shall have to organize a number of tasks with racing being the most prominent besides all others. For the sake of increasing my personal knowledge, I would like to know the average time for a 13 year old boy to run 400m.

One good way to find the answer of this question is to organize a racing competition between boys aging 13 or around. You can take the readings at regular intervals and after taking 3 to 5 different reading you can find out the average. Nevertheless, according to the findings made by others, the average time for a 13 year old boy to run 400m is minimum 55 seconds and maximum 70 seconds.
