The Chironex fleckeri, more commonly known as the Sea Wasp is widely considered to be not only the most venomous of all jellyfish, but also the one that is responsible for the most deaths. The Wasp has 3 meters long tentacles that inflict a painful sting that if untreated can kill an adult in under 3 minutes. It is said that each Wasp has enough venom to kill 60 humans.
