What is the eligibility criteria to get BISP Bomb Blast Victim support program?

My relative died in Karachi bomb blast incident so I want to know the eligibility criteria to get BISP Bomb Blast Victim support program?

    As per the SOP of BISP, only one adult female next of kin, wife/adult daughter/mother/unmarried adult sister, having CNIC may become a beneficiary of the programme.

       1. If the victim is male and married ,then the criteria of eligibility may by-in order of priority – as under:-
             1. Wife
             2. Adult daughter
             3. Mother
             4. Unmarried adult sister
             5. Any other female guardian of the deceased man’s children.
       2. If the male is unmarried then the criteria of eligibility may be-in order of priority-as under:-
             1. Mother
             2. Unmarried adult sister.
       3. If the victim is a female and unmarried ,then the criteria of eligibility may be-in order of priority – as under:-
             1. The victim herself, if she is alive;
       4. If the female victim is dead and was married; then-
             1. Adult unmarried daughter;
             2. Mother;
             3. Unmarried adult sister;
             4. Any other female guardian of the deceased women’s children.
       5. If the female victim is dead and was unmarried; then-
             1. Mother;
             2. Unmarried adult sister.
