    Sting is an English musician and was born on 2nd October 1951. His real name is Gordon Matthew Thomas Summer. Prior to starting his solo career, he was the principal songwriter, lead singer and bassist of the rock band The Police.
    Sting has varied his musical style over the years, and its music has the element of Jazz, Reggae, Classical, New age and world beat into his music. He is a member of both Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
