What is the right reward for a child who gets almost all 'A's with one B

That was my child's report card and the B was in Spanish which since shes shy she has trouble speaking for the speaking points.

    idk but my parents don't go very far... lol  they gimme 5 for each a and just don't pay me for b's soo
