what organ in the human body produces insulin - i know someone who has been suffering from diabetes for a long while; today during our dinner a question was asked about how the diabetes can be treated and a hot shot doctor gave us all a quiz, here is his questions please help:

He said diabetes and insulin have a direct co-relation but what organ in human body produces insulin?
