My question is what text message contain regarding Watan cards? My whole family crucially affected by flood, but my name is not shortlisted for the WATAN CARD. As for as my whole family (Wife, Daughters and Son) are completely registered in NADRA Database

    A text message containing the CNICs of two people of the same area, which includes the CNIC of the person who has received the card and that of the person who has not, will have to be sent on the designated code in order to lodge a complaint.
