    The answer to this question depends entirely on where you currently live in the world. Mothers' Day is celebrated around the world ranging from the second Sunday of February in Norway to the 22nd of December in Indonesia. 

   
   

   For the majority of nations including Canada, the U.S. and Australia celebrate Mothers' Day on the second Sunday of May, which falls on the 12th this year. In the U.K. the holiday is celebrated as Mothing Day and falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent, which is March 10 of this year.
