    The University of Peshawar (UOP) was established in October 1950 by the first Prime Minister of Pakistan. Before that it was named as "Islamia College". The University of Peshawar is an institution where educational facilities exist from nursery to Ph.D. It is  Located in Peshawar, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
