Where can I find information about Rev. Bob Schuler and Dr. John Brinkley's court cases?

I'm doing an academic paper on their Supreme court case, and I can't find anything!

    Check out the book Documents of American Broadcasting, edited by Frank J. Kahn. I think the last edition was published in 1984. Used copies are available at Amazon. It has the text of both decisions plus commentary. You can also go to a law library and look up the cases themselves. Brinkley is KFKB Broadcasting v. FRC 47 F.2d 670 (DC Cir). Shuler is Trinity Methodist Church v. FRC 62 F.2d 850 (DC Cir).
