   I know you were asking about the best web design school in PA but have you've looked into going to school out of state? If so, you should look into FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in LA! I have friends who went to school there and they really loved show advanced the classes were when it came to preparing you for your career. My friends both have careers in fashion but the school does have a graphic design program that may be to your liking. They also have a killer career center that helps to prepare students for future internships and jobs. I would check out fidm.edu if you want more info :)
