Which country is more racist(specifically towards blacks): Argentina or Brazil?

   Just like any country there is a good and bad. Argentina or Brazil are no different. There is racism in Argentina but it is mainly based more on socio-economic and political differences. They have created the National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism, which was created in 1995 by Federal Law 24515.  people of dark skin or hair, poor or the immigrants from different countries also face racism.  I was just researching and found this:
   
   President Carlos Menem when visiting America on a diplomatic mission in 1996, when asked about the Black population of Argentina, he said the following:
   
   "Black people do not exist in Argentina, Brazil has that problem"

   
   

   In Brazil large percentage of the population is black or has black ancestry but surprisingly they earn less, they have less education and the skin color hierarchy exists, which pits black color towards the end.

   
   

   In both countries, make sure you have good education and high paying job and you should be fine.
