    'Dancing With the Stars' judge Carrie Ann Inaba got a surprise proposal from her boyfriend "Jesse Sloan" on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' and she said yes. Earlier in the show, Regis Philbin had set things up by talking about marriage with Inaba, who noted she had been waiting for Sloan to propose.
