Who is Filomena Tobias, the Miami Heat fan who flipped out on Chicago Bull's player Joakim Noah

Filomena, the colourful lady who flipped Joakim Noah the bird earlier this week is a Miami Heat fan whose family owns season tickets. Be aware that the above is the mildest thing you will probably ever hear about this woman particularly in the lines below. According to several sources, Filomena is the widow of former CNBC correspondent and financial wunderkind Seth Tobias.
Tobias died by way of drowning in his own pool several years ago. What is interesting is that Tobias' brothers took action by means of a lawsuit against Filomena accusing her of slipping their brother (and her husband) sleeping pills and then luring him into the pool for a homosexual tryst with a male stripper named Tiger. The charges were later dropped following an out of court settlement.
Beyond that Tobias has been married at least two other times, one of whom was a lawyer of hers during the aforementioned trail. They ended up divorcing however before that police were called to their homes on a few occassions due to physical altercations that were originally blamed on her. It seems that anger might have always been a part of Filomena's make up.
