    In my opinion Yoshiki Hayashi of Japan is one of the best drumer alive today, he is famous song writer, musician and producer. He also plays drum and piano for X bands.

    The best Drummer alive today can be many but in my opinion i think Mike Portnoy from Dream theater is the best one and also there are more who can be counted in the list of best who are Neil Peart from Rush and Thomas Lang.
