    How about Otto Graham. As the quarterback of the Cleveland Browns he lead his team to a record of 114 wins, 20 losses, and 4 ties, including 9 playoff wins in 12 playoff appearances. Also he lead the Browns to 4 consecutive championship wins in the All-American Football Conference (AAFC) from 1946 to 1949 and when the Browns moved to the NFL in 1950 they were not expected to be a legitamet contender. He lead Cleveland to the championship game in all 6 years in his NFL career, 1950-1955 and won 3 of those games. To top it all of he was also a member of the Rochester Royals in the NBA in 1946 where the team won the league championship. So if you look at it he played in the championships in 11 consecutive season in two professional sports and in 3 professional leagues.

    Without a doubt it has got to be Bill Russell. He won 11 championships in 13 seasons as a player for the Boston Celtics. To top it off he went to 3 Final Four, winning two of them while in college, and won an Olympic Gold medal for Basketball. He won so often the NBA Finals MVP is named after him.

   Jack Nicklaus. The man won 18 Majors, 4 more than Tiger Woods. He won the Masters, the most prestigious golf tournament 6 times, and won the other 3 majors multiple times. He won the career golf Grand Slam 3 times in his career.
