So why they call him co-inventor? Why no name of the other co-inventors?

Well the concept was there quite for a while but you can say that Ajay Bhatt is the main implementer of the idea.

    Ajay Bhatt is the inventor.
He is called co-inventor because intel is the other co-inventor. When you are an employee of intel, all your inventions are automatically owned by the company (per the employment contract).

The Universal Serial Bus is one of those inventions that everyone uses but no one notices. Universal serial bus (USB) flash drives are removable storage devices that offer portability and storage capacities that older storage devices are unable to match.

USB was created by a core group of companies such as Compaq, Digital, IBM, Intel, Northern Telecom, and Microsoft. One of the co-inventors of the USB was Ajay Bhatt, who was later given credit in an Intel television ad.

However there are some controversies to it as well because according to his profile on EE Times, Dov Moran of M-Systems first conceptualized the USB flash drive in 1998 after experiencing computer problems during a presentation to investors.
