Why am I unable to delete my company on rozee.pk?

I have tried to delete a company which I added last year on rozee.pk but I was unable to delete it. What can be the reason for that? can someone tell me that?

    Employers are required to maintain at least one valid company in their account on rozee.pk . If you only have one organization associated with your account it cannot be deleted.
