i've lived in many areas through out my life and here's what i've found..it isn't the color that stinks,it's the culture.that means that it's not every single one of them.but it's so much the majority that it makes it SEEM as though it's that way//
i've live in predominantly white areas that were fairly quiet at nights..late nights were quiet and nobody outside until 5 or 6am when people began to go to their cars to go to work.(i'm speaking of apartment complexes in these particular cases).some of these complexes were hud based some were not.i've found that as a bottom line it's culture ,ie, behavioral actions and attitudes//when blacks would move into the white areas ,boomcars would also come with them..both day and night..suddenly residents were awake all hours,outside wandering or standing around(the blacks)..i never understood what it is about being out at 2 and 3 and 4am is so attractive to minorities(mostly blacks and latinos) but it seems to be the case.
not whites so much as other races.but it's an obnoxious behavior so to speak.when you're living in an area wherein peole are normally sleeping from say 11 pm or so to at least 5 or 6a.m. and suddenly are being kept awake by leroy driving his boomcar by your building at 1 or 2am,it's more than a little annoying//it's actually illegal and disrespectful//but the person doing this doesn't care and if you mention it to him/her you get an apology...same thing about the loud bass through your wall at 2am coming from somebody's c**p music or hip hop.you get an apology and that's all.because the next night it starts again...see what happens is they accepted this behavior of being quiet for you for the one night you requested ..but when they find that you mean EVERY NIGHT they get pissed off.//this is normal among minorities and late nights//they're behavior is totally different due their culture being different.i live in a small town of 14,000 people.the local diner here was for years only patronised by the locals.white people..very laid back atmosphere and dead from 11pm to 6am.a year ago people(blacks and mexicans)from surrounding communities discovered the place existed and now hang out there.before this,however, minorities were rarely seen in there.when they DO comein it's not quiet anymore..they're loud and the f word gets thrown around quite frequently,as well as bs and so on./it's as if blacks and mexicans have no standards or social ettiquette//and now the hours between 11pm and 6am there are busy with blacks and hispanics that come in 3 and 4 at a time in groups,through out the night//no white people,just mexicans and blacks.and loud..their behavior is acceptable to themselves.because to them it's normal.imo it's ill behavior..to many people it's ill behavior//loud is obnoxious when you can hear them throwing around cuss words in their conversation clear across the room//sure white people do this..but it's a behavior you see much much more constantly in blacks and mexicans//and again ,this desire to be awake and hanging out all hours of the night?? not on breaks..not going to or from work,just hanging out..week nights..oh ..also..grabbing their kids and dragging them along at 2am just because mommy or daddy wants to hang out..mexicans are REAL bad about this and parents should be fined for doing this as in my opinion it's child abuse/these kids should be asleep at 1am.not dragegd out of bed at midnight or later just because mommy and daddy want to hang out.when i was dating a mexican mommy a while back,i couldn't believe that she was wanting to drag her kid around with us at 1 and 2am..i broke up with her when i found out that this is normal and she expected to continue doing this whether remaining single or married.it's the norm for mexicans to do this..what the hale is it about nights..i find that kind of attraction to night time(regarding an entire culture)to be bizarre and a bit obnoxious ,as peopole like that don't have the courtesy to be quiet in their own neighborhoods or apartments.they behave as though everyone is awake that time of night//.NOT//most are not..period..not in america anyway and it's considered as bad behavior to act in such a manner/if they want to stand outside at 1am or later that's fine just shut the h**l up and let others sleep..but no they gather on their balconies or front steps and keep others awake.//
they go into restaurants and loudly converse,not understanding that most people don't want to hear their bullcrap//i'm the complexes unofficial security guard.i willingly with the managers consent,drive around at nights seeing to it that nobody's hanging out after 10pm..this is a senior living community..i ALWAYS catch black kids(18 to 22 years old)who are visiting their parent(s) here,hanging outside as late as 1 and 2am and even as 4am recently..i tell them they need to be inside or off property but not outside hanging out..they give me that "we ain't botherin' nobody man..we just standin' here conversating(wtf? conversating?? no such word moron) also, "yeah we camed outside cuz it be hot in side.."(camed?? good god!!) again..i told them no be outside..understandy engliss??" see,blacks do not like rules..black and white set down,don't do this "ever"type rules..there's always an exception in their minds..this seems to be a wide spread notion held among MOST of them.that you only have to follow the rules under certain conditions..sure..whatever/.so the manager spoke to the resident who'm they're visiting..they all now have a problem with me and i frequently hear as i'm within earshot of them,"that's that skinny white MF that told us we can't be outside..(yada yada yada)"
while the situation i just decsribed isn't exactly what every white person has been through, most will know exactly what i mean about living in areas that are dominated by minorities,in this case mexicans and blacks and this kind of behavior//thieves aren't thieves because of the color of their skin.people do not act arrogant or undisciplined or anti-authority or disrespectful because otheir pigmentation color..it has ONLY to do with the color of their dog and the size of their genitals//i'm kidding//it's culture.it's the past..something about the way in which they were raised/i understand this.bad behavior within a people or culture is created by the past somehow some way.i choose NOT to live in the midst of a culture that has been effected this badly by the past,especially since most of them refuse to change by facing reality and continue to hold on to their bad behavior patterns and notions//.i don't dislike or hate color..i dislike certain cultures and the color is incidental//that's not racism,it's logical//springfield missouri..very few minorities.blacks les than 11% hispanics less than 3%/walmarts are white and the minorities are rarely seen to be honest(in comparison to the numbers of white i mean)./most cities in missouri are this way,except for the likes of kansas city and st louis and a few others..but just a few.the entire state of missouri is 11% black and much less hispanic..hardly any in fact/.again there are those few exceptions,but very few indeed.many minorities that know anything about springfield for example have the hardcore notion that the city is racist,simply because there's so few minorities living here/.many cities in this state observe laws that discourage certain minorities from living here..like with noise laws and cruising laws.some are extreme.being cited for loud music emitting from the car ..being fined for cruising town after 10pm(it's called a cruising law..yes..it's true,in many cities in missouri,if you're cruising in your vehicle after dark ,not going anywhere just driving around,you can be fined and most likely WILL be.this keeps crime and loitering down to a minimum).i've found that most minorities won't live in cities like this.so these cities remain white because of white people who've moved to them in the course of what is called "white flight"//sounds crazy but not many blacks will live where they can't boomcar or houseboom or cruise at night without being fined.same with hispanics.whites know this so they move to those cities//anyways..i prefer to live in an area where people like me live.people of my color..white..racist? what happens when blacks seek areas that are black so they can live around their bro's ..THEY'RE people..racist?it's called preference..familiararity..in my case, less crime,less bad behavior/
THAT's where i seek to reside//.
