I am reading history of US involvement in southeast Asia. I curious to know the why did the US in first place got involved in Southeast Asia.

    United States has a long history of interfereing, in the internal matters of countries around the world. In 1950, to control the growing influence of communism in South east Asia, America  used its diplomatic and finally the military firce to curb the communist impacts in the region.
