Why do the U.S and its allies always ready to rise up against a Muslim country or government?

   We have seen back in year 1991 when the U.S and the other allied forces came all the way down to the gulf region so as to protect Kuwait from Iraqi invasion. In 2002 the allies came to help Afghanistan from the tyrannical rule of the Talibans and went on to go to suppress Iraq till the throne of Saddam Hussain. But least importance have been given to Kashmir, Palestine and other disputed area where the action is required against the forces other than Muslims. Perhaps the policy is made for only crushing Muslim powers instead of providing relief to the citizens in those countries.
