I am driving a Toyota Corolla XE 1998 model and after installing CNG kit in it the pick of the car becomes very low. Why did that happen? can someone tell me the reason of this? How can i improve the top speed of the car?

The pick of your car is slow because of CNG installation. As the engine in your car is 2e and it will give you low pick on CNG. But for speed you can check the CNG setting and take it to some good CNG tuner in the area.

No, its not because of CNG. You need to get valve clearance adjustment from local mechanic.
