Why isn't the color of adsense for domain changing?

I have customized the colors of my domains in Adsense but I don’t see any change. I need to know why

    certain color combinations of ad text colors and ad background colors may not be accepted by our system because they do not provide sufficient contrast, and therefore may not be reflected on your domain. Or you just have to wait up to 3 hours for color changes to be reflected on your domain.
