I have booked a hotel using the website of Air India but my hotel booking is failed. Does Air India help me for this?

    Hotel bookings are handled separately to Air India flights bookings. Customer would need to contact the Octopus Travel customer service directly. Air India only deals with the issues regarding the flight services.
