Why won't my Memorex imove speaker turn on anymore?

My memorex imove speaker will not turn on when plugged into the wall.  There's a light on the adapter that blinks green when plugged into the imove and is solid green when not plugged in.  Also, when I press power on the imove, the screen just flashes white briefly and will not turn on.
