    I do not know of any particular wish spells and beyond that it would be very difficult (in my opinon) to find one that would work instantly. Usually a wish, nevermind a spell takes a lot of belief and repetition. Repeating a wish gives it power as energy is constantly being put behind it. In terms of an actual spell I cannot help you, but if you desire something deeply that it is almost an obsession and believe that it can happen, you are well on your way to making it so. Remeber that good things take time.
