Many marital conflicts are caused by misunderstandings and things I never wanted to say, we walked out words unintentionally.

Sometimes the way you say things depend on the reaction of your partner. It is not just talking about education, but also to do it diplomatically, saying what we have to say, but without hurting the other.

• Formulate a request.

In these cases, it is most efficient to do so directly, without equivocation or rolls. Nor is it good to take advantage of the occasion to make a negative comment like " for once in life, would you be able to...".

• Conduct a review.

Nobody we like to scold but sometimes there is no choice to do it. The trick is knowing how to do. Not to cause discomfort, it is better to say things in a positive way. For example, instead of letting go " strikes me that you get those pants " is better impress on, " how well you get those blue jeans."

• Getting more communicative / a.

If, as you progress the relationship, your partner becomes more introverted, avoid comments like " you're getting more weird " or "ya never tell me anything." It is preferable to ask questions that will encourage you to talk like " I love your cooking, who taught you to do? ".

• Persuade.

Do not try to show, according to you, you are making a mistake, it is better to give a little review and say: "You may be right, but I think... ".

One last tip

For s*x therapist Dagmar O'Connor, "playing ' Convince ' occasionally is a lovely way to break the routine of sexual life in long-term relationships."

In his book " How to make love to the same person for the rest of life," the specialist points out that you have to put emotion to s*x and not see it as a mere biological necessity. This is rekindling the thrill of seduction, not let it go out.
