I have been working since a year from now, due to which I have gained a lot of weight because in the office I am usually sitting all day and I have no physical movement, what type of exercise should I work on which matches my daily routine.

Stretch and Tone: Start off your day with a light exercise or a stretch, follow aerobics along with a video. Once you have set out a morning working plan and you have made it a habit your working hours will be fresh as well as energized.
