    Sony's PlayStation 3 (PS3) has been launched by Sony Computer Entertainment, while Xbox 360 has been launched by Microsoft. In order to decide which is better, Xbox 360 or PS3, i shall focus on  some of their prominent features.
   
   The Cell engine (microprocessor chip) in PS3 is more capable than Xbox's triple-core Xenon CPU. But the performance of these video game consoles also relies on the graphics processing unit (GPU) to a great level. Taking that into focus, Xbox 360, armed with Xenos GPU is far more superior than PS3 armed with RSX GPU.

   
   

   The basic  storage capacity in PS3 is the Blu-ray Disc, with a storing capacity of approximately, 54 gigs, while the storage capacity  in Microsoft Xbox 360  consists of double layer DVDs, with a storing capacity of 9 gigs.
