I highly resent trying to be "slammed" for a Phoney charge on my cell phone number.  I called your 800 number and asked for your mailing address and was told that it was confidential.  That is an unacceptable answer.

As a result, I have called the FBI and informed them of your operation. Operating of this type of a SCAM across state lines makes it Federal vice locacl. Your business should be founded on honesty, not SCAMMING and SLAMMING by tricking people into something they don't want.

I hope you get your just due.

THIS IS JUST A SCAM FOR MONEY YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

I was chaged 9.99 on my cell phone bill for a premium text message.Called and was told it was a third party billing from All mobile alerts.com. I did not sign up for this and had a premium text block put on my cell phone at no charge to me and I disputed the charge and as a courtesy to me was credited the 9.99 and then texted the word STOP to 72078. The only thing that comes to mind is while surfing the web for a recipe I was asked to put in my cell number thought it was weird and now I know why.....scam........

What is the physical address for allmobilealerts to recieve mail?
  18. Guest8739
you have a right to STOP?? What about our rights that we never requested your service? This is unacceptable and you will be reported to every legal avenue possible. You're going to have to explain to a judge, HOW you illegally obtained our personal information and going to owe people a lot more than the $9.99 you're FRAUDULENTLY charing us. Good Luck finding an attorney to get you out of this.

I am very angry that this somehow auto enrolled me.  I would never have enrolled in something of this nature and really resent being roped into it.  If anyone starts a class action suit, I AM IN!
