auto repair question. please help!

how much would it cost if a car got hit with someone's bumper right above the tire and it only lightly dented the car? I would REALLY like to know this information if someone can help me PLEASE!

ALSO... if your going to ask WHY i need to know this, then don't waste your time asking this question. I'm merely just asking for a quote to see how much this would cost if the insurance doesn't cover it
