There is a fawn behind a school fence near my home. The baby is curled up and staying there, since yesterday .Saw a female not far away but the baby is still right there today .Looking for a local rescue spot that might know what to do ;she is so small I'm just concerned  she may not have a moma.I spooked her when I got near and am certain she can run and hide if  needed.I live in Roswell, Georgia, fulton county;send addresses or phone numbers lf you know anyone who might have a way to care for and return to the wild this little fawn.

If the baby deer is curled into a ball, with a clean shiny coat and a full stomach its probably okay.  The female you saw is probably the mom.  Female deer don't stay with their babies nest like chickens or sit on them.  They go about their business eating to make milk.  At night they return.  If the baby looks dirty, covered with insects or you see a female near by that has been hit by a car, then call Dept of natural resources.  Your deer sounded normal.  When the baby starts to walk more at 3 weeks old it will follow its mom.
