    I have a cousin who is one of the most popular babysitter/nanny individuals in Ottawa and she only bathes young boys under the age of one. It is a personal policy of hers and ensures great comfort and safety (legally and such) between all the parties involved. Parents should ultimately be in charge of bathing their children and except for special circumstances such as my cousin's policy this should always ben the case.
