can't get pictutes from camera to computer

   Try unplugging your USB cable from the port inside the Brothers MFC 240C printer. Lift the lid on the beneath the scanner,(you'll see notches on the sides of the computer, pull up on these) once you do you will see the cable(the only one). Try unplugging it and replugging it back up. Then insert your memory card into the front of your printer and hopefully then it will pop up and ask you do you want to import you pictures. It worked for me anyways.
