can 5th graders makeout at that age?

well im a fithgrader and i wanna no if it might b okward for a 11 yearold to makeout.....becaaaaaz,,,,iv done it millions of times mostly with 7th graders tho. and they say im good at it!!!!!!! lololololol. i just want ur opinion.
