can implantation bleeding appear as if it's a period

i have a 21 day cycle and exactly the day i was due i started spotting brown sometimes pink for about 10 mins then for the next 2 days didn't see anything sunday morning i started spotting brown again then it stopped didn't even needed a pantyliner, yesterday i started spotting redish brownish and now this morning it's heavier but does not appear like my regular, along with cramps that i never experienced with my regular cycle ncould this be implantation bleeding?

hi you need to see a doctar thats not wright. it need to go in a cycle not like sometimes this day and 2 days later pop up again, needs to go day threw day not every other threw every other day. and the color of your blood is problay blinding in the underwar so that makes it change color so it really red or your blood was out for a long times and it dryed up so need to worrie about the color but you neeed to go to the doctor and still ask him or her about the color. you might have cancer or internall bleeding.
