   Yes, there are goggles that are specifically designed to fit over eyeglasses. They have special cut outs in the goggle foam so that the temples of the eyeglasses don't get pressed into the head with the ski goggle foam. Often, the over the glasses models are marked as OTG (over the glass). An example of this would be the Bolle X9 (http://www.sporteyes.com/bolleski.htm).  Another example is the Smith Knowledge Turbo(http://www.sporteyes.com/smgturb.htm#Knowledge_OTG_Turbo). This one has a micro fan in them that help keep the glasses defogged.
