   Lal Bahadur Shrivastav Shastri coined this slogan which means "Hail the soldiers and hail the farmers".This slogan was given when he took over the seat of the third Prime minister of India and then Pakistan and India were going to have a battle with each other, crop production was low and so he gave this slogan to boost the food production of India during that time.We depended on soldiers for the country and soldiers depended on farmers for their energy through food which was being produced that time.
