   Me too, for 10 days now! Have tried on Mac and PC on Safari, Firefox and Explorer. Cleared cookies. Everything. Nothing works.
   
   Have submitted bug reports to Facebook and nothing. Their system and support sucks.

    Facebook is a social utility that connects people with friends and others. The Facebook’s blogging feature is called “My Notes” which also allows the users to upload the images.  Using the notes tab on Facebook is a nice way to leave journal entries, lists, special announcements or other general information for your friends on Facebook.
   
   To add pictures to your note, place the cursor in the text of the note where you want the picture to appear by clicking. Then either upload a new picture by clicking on "Browse" or use one you've already uploaded by clicking on the Album it's in and then clicking on the picture. You can choose to make photo full-width, or smaller and either centered or on the left or right with text wrapping around it.
